By diverting public attention to the war in Ukraine, the Riigikogu, like last year, plans to pass Bill No. 536, which aims to give Terviseamet additional unexplained
Among the proposed changes are searching homes and people without a search warrant, arresting people for up to 30 days for refusing to take a test, not being able to not get immunizations, and more.
Again, the definitions are vague and allow for ambiguity, which could be interpreted as an attempt to build a police society as in China, where power belongs to the state and people's lives matter little.
